Ella Flynn
Ella Flynn is an artist from Dublin, Ireland. In her current work, Ella looks to encapsulate and appreciate the experience of her early twenties.
Less of an attempt to hold down time, her practice flows from an impulse to cultivate gratitude and move at a pace which foregrounds the present firmly in the frame, offering her the chance to witness and pay homage to the love, friendship and beauty which colour her days.
Ella works from her own photographs, both film and digital, and paints using acrylic.
She recently completed her BA in English Literature and Classics at Trinity College Dublin, and has published literary and artistic work with Tn2 Magazine and Icarus, Ireland’s oldest arts journal.
